The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings assigned to them below. Singular forms include the plural and vice versa unless context requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an active account on juhi88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. juhi88 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process and may be requested at any time thereafter.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate registrations, registrations on behalf of third parties, and registrations by professional gambling syndicates are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing juhi88 is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your location.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. juhi88 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, both accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any balances held in the duplicate account will be forfeited.

juhi88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from juhi88 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

juhi88 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20/ERC-20, BTC).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits displayed at the time of deposit, which may vary by payment method and player tier.

juhi88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's fraud detection systems. Enhanced checks may extend processing time by up to 48 hours. The player will be notified by email if an enhanced check is initiated.

juhi88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, juhi88 and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the juhi88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access.
• Interruptions in platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.

In all circumstances, juhi88's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juhi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where juhi88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The account has been used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The player is under the age of 21.
• The player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the account — including both deposited funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at juhi88's sole discretion, subject to applicable law. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure), any Real Money Funds balance will be refunded to the player via their verified payment method after applicable KYC checks are completed.
